Tasneem is an Innovation Management & Creativity Strategist, adding invaluable knowledge and experience to boards and leaders.
With diverse skills and experience across various disciplines – Tasneem leads Innovation Consulting, Coaching & Speaking – to help clients embed innovation and creativity and make it happen.
Tasneem has a Bachelor of Arts in HR management, communication and advertising. She is a certified trainer and assessor, as well as a trained global innovation management practitioner through think.
When she’s not thinking about what’s next, Tasneem is dreaming of her next travel destination and grooming her two sons into next-generation thinkers and doers.
Ayesha Patel
Think Innovation Partner
Ayesha is Passionate about innovation strategy and driving implementation through operational design of systems, process and people.
Prior to joining the think team, Ayesha worked locally and internationally. She has a B Comm degree with a double Major in Human Resource Management and Industrial Psychology and is a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Practioner) Assessor and Moderator, as well as a qualified think Innovation Management practitioner. She had led Innovations and Ops across various sectors and has set up innovation and entrepreneurship hubs both physically and virtually. Her current role sees her breaking glass ceilings in leading Innovation as the Chief Operations Officer in the automotive space in South Africa.
A world traveller at heart, Ayesha is also a busy mum of three water babies who are potential Olympians in the making.
